high school next door cannibals

I had this dream just this past week. It shook me up quite a bit as it involved a few kids from my high school that i knew but wasn’t really good friends with them. I wandered off the school property into a wooded driveway that was nearby. Here I was witness to a ritualistic cannibalization of these guys (i recognized their faces immediately even though i really haven’t thought of any of them since graduation) by a group of middle aged men. The men noticed me and started chasing me up into an elaborate structure standing behind the grisly scene. The rest of the dream was a feverish but very detailed escape up into the building and out onto the roof… and i think i remember jumping off…

The most unsettling part was of course these guys being eaten…but why these guys? I didn’t really know them all that well, but I wouldn’t wish such a death upon them.  Should I care? It was my dream after all. What does that say about me? What does that say about high school? SCHOOL SUX??
